We are a business that creates magnetic pads that save your phone from when it is dropped. The technology is a sticker pad that is attached to the palm of your dominant hand. Another magnetic pad attaches to your phone. If you drop your phone, the magnetic pads attract each other and prevent your phone from breaking. The pads are virtually invisible on the palm of your hands.

We provide magnetic strips that attach to your palm and to your phone, so if you drop your phone it brings your phone right back to you. If you lose your phone you can activate a mode where it brings your phone to you if you are within a certain distance.
The start of our business; here is the foundation:
We will being our company by purchasing land and a buildaing ( L of LACE; land and materials). Then we will hire many different people in order to preform the different jobs listed further down in our business plan ( A of LACE; labor). Before any of this has happened, we will save up money and begin fundraising for the company. Then once the company is established, we will establish connections with other businesses and partner up, which gives us more money. Once we begin selling our own products we will have a constant money flow cycle. (C of LACE; money) Lastly, we will hire different law advisors, managers, and have a responsible CEO that will make sure that new ideas are brought to the table, and that those ideas follow through (E of LACE; business).
Who is our marketing targerted to?
Our marketing is targeted to younger generations, and phone users in general. This gadget will protect your phone, thus people will want to buy the product because they would rather buy our product for $29.99 rather than buying a new phone. This is also targeted to the younger generations, because they tend to be on their phones more.

JObs; who and how many do we hire?
We hire software engineers, marketing consultants/directors, public relations, social media team. We need people to design software, someone to manufacture the desgins, ship them out, and make sure that they have arrived. We need marketing people to keep track of money and expenses. Public relations will make sure that any problems on the customers end are taken care of. The social media team will keep our website up to date, run our twitter and instagrams, and stay up to date with any promotional events. We will have a total of 150 people within our buildings and then there will be all the workers within the factories that manufacture and ship the products.
Positions and ranks within the company:
There is a President, who oversees all of the managers and practically all events. Then there is a Vice President who is the Presidents go to. Then there is a treasurer who overseeses all business finances. There are different managers for different departments such as public relations, human relations, social media/promotions, shipping, and manufacturing.
